Purpose
To ensure that employees understand their security responsibilities throughout their employment lifecycle.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, consultants, contractors, and any individual acting on behalf of the organization.
Recruitment and Onboarding
• Employment eligibility and qualifications are verified during recruitment.
• Employees receive an offer letter containing confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations.
• Access to company resources is provided based on job requirements.
• Employees are informed of company expectations regarding information security and professional conduct.
• Employees are informed of BGV including NIOC from the state police
During Employment
• Employees shall protect confidential information belonging to the company and its customers.
• Employees shall comply with applicable customer security requirements while working on customer assignments.
• Security awareness guidance may be provided periodically by management.
Separation and Offboarding
• Access to company-managed systems shall be revoked upon employee separation.
• Company assets, documents, and credentials shall be returned before final clearance.
• Any customer-specific access revocation shall be coordinated with the respective customer.
Disciplinary Action
Violations of company policies, confidentiality obligations, or security requirements may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
Policy Ownership and Review
This policy is approved by the management of the organization and shall be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability and effectiveness.
